Our School

We are delighted to welcome you to Crazies Hill Church of England Primary School; a small rural primary school with a great reputation for growing exemplary learners. Our vision is taken from Matthew Chapter 7 Verse 20:

A tree is known by its fruit, people by their actions.

Our ‘fruit’ are our children and adults who have the resilience to weather life’s ups and downs, show respect for themselves, others and their environment and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain good relationships with all in their community.  Every Crazies Hill pupil fulfils our vision through their deep understanding and demonstration of our values: Relationships, Resilience and Respect.

We are proud to offer a broad, varied, enriching and challenging values-based curriculum. The children are keen to learn and are taught by a dedicated and talented team. The success of our school is underpinned by the pursuit of excellence in all we do. Our pupils are encouraged to fulfil their true potential and be the best they can be. As a small school, we recognise, celebrate and nurture the unique talents and skills of each individual child encouraging our children to foster a lifelong love of learning. Every child is known to every adult – we truly value our sense of family and community.

Extra-curricular enrichment activities are thoughtfully planned and designed to complement our curriculum and broaden interests and skills. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves, play collaboratively, imagine and thrive.

We are privileged to be a member of The Keys Academy Trust which consists of a hub of Church schools whose common aim is to unlock every child’s potential. As part of the Trust, our children have opportunities to connect with pupils from other schools through sporting and collaborative projects. These experiences also help to equip our children with the skills for networking and building friendships beyond our small community in preparation for their transition to larger schools in the next phase of their schooling.

We look forward to meeting you and working in partnership with you to help your child grow and flourish.
